AAMAS-2008 Student Scholarships

Reimbursement Procedure

Note: All funded students are required to fulfil volunteer duties. Only AAMAS-08 related expenses (registration, travel, room and board) are reimbursable up to the amount awarded.

NSF scholarships:

When you return from your trip, you will need to send the ORIGINAL receipts with a cover letter requesting reimbursement to Marliese Bonk at Carnegie Mellon University. Please make sure you include your mailing address. If you have any questions about what items to include, please contact Marliese.

SIGART scholarships:

AAMAS scholarships:

Please prepare your reimbursement request to include all of the following items:

  1. submission of all receipts (including food) are required for reimbursement;
  2. volunteer form signed by local organizer;
  3. signed letter from faculty advisor stating his/her support for reimbursement up to the scholarship amount that you have been awarded

After the conference, please mail the reimbursement packet, including filled reimbursement form and all supporting information, to Von-Wun.
